Tribune’s Best: Vote for SLO County’s top athlete from April 3-10

Another week of spring sports is in the books with 14 San Luis Obispo County student-athletes to choose from for your April 3-10 Player of the Week.

Last week’s top vote-getter was Mission Prep softball player Rylinn MacDonald, who collected 20,247 votes (46%).

MacDonald was trailed by Kennedy McAdoo, a Templeton track athlete with 14,166 votes (32%), and Cole Gilson, a Nipomo baseball player with 7,402 (17%).

The poll covered March 28-April 3.

Remember, this is a fun, unscientific poll, and you may vote as many times as you wish to support your selection for The Tribune’s Athlete of the Week.

The poll closes at midnight on Sunday. To vote again, hit refresh.

Coaches, parents or students may nominate an athlete for next week’s prep poll consideration by emailing nwilson@thetribunenews.com and providing game stats for your nominee (full player name, stats and result of game, meet or match).

Please write “Athlete of the Week nominee” in the subject line.

Have fun voting, and good luck!
