Tribune’s Best: Vote for SLO County’s Athlete of the Week for Jan. 17-22
The Tribune is launching a new high school sports reader poll as a fun way to celebrate the top athletic performances around San Luis Obispo County.
Thirteen student-athletes were nominated this week in boys and girls sports, celebrating their feats during the week of Jan. 17-22.
Nominees include athletes in basketball, soccer and wrestling.
You may vote as many times as you wish to support your selection for The Tribune’s Athlete of the Week.
The poll closes at midnight on Sunday. To vote again, hit refresh.
Coaches, parents or students may nominate an athlete for next week’s prep poll by emailing nwilson@thetribunenews.com. Please write “Athlete of the Week nominee” in the subject line.
Those nominating are asked to provide full player name and school, any key stats, and the result of the game. Polls will post weekly on Tuesdays through the end of the school year.
