SLO County’s newest Trader Joe’s is finally ready to open. Here’s when

Get your canvas tote bag ready because Paso Robles’ long awaited and highly anticipated Trader Joe’s location is finally scheduled to open next week.

According to a Trader Joe’s news release, the new popular grocery location will be fully opened on July 23 with its 60 crew members and store manager ready to greet eager North County shoppers.

This build has been a long time coming after the city confirmed the new location in February following rumors that circulated on Reddit the year before.

Located at 2457 Golden Hill Road in the Golden Hills Plaza just off Highway 46, this will be the fourth Trader Joe’s location in San Luis Obispo County joining those in SLO, Arroyo Grande and Templeton.

The 9,150 square foot building will offer all the classic foods that make Trader Joe’s the iconic Trader Joe’s, and will be open every day of the week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“In addition, through the company’s longstanding Neighborhood Shares Program, the new Paso Robles Trader Joe’s will donate 100% of products that go unsold but remain fit to enjoy to a range of non-profit, community-based organizations, seven days a week,” the release said.
