How have SLO County school closures upended your life? Tell us your story

More than a month ago, thousands of San Luis Obispo County students began taking classes at home after the coronavirus outbreak closed school campuses.

Distance learning is a challenge for nearly all school districts, but it’s harder for some families and communities than others.

The Tribune wants to hear how this significant change has impacted parents and students throughout the county. We also want to answer your questions and hold school officials accountable.

Are you a working parent who’s now struggling to balance your job with your kids’ education? Do you lack access to internet and other essential technology?

Are you a high school senior missing out on graduation, sporting events, prom and other end-of-the-year events? Have your college plans changed?

We want to hear from you.

We’ve made a Google Form to collect students’ and parents’ experiences and questions, which you can fill out below.

If you’d rather not fill out the form, feel free to contact Tribune reporter Lindsey Holden at lholden@thetribunenews.com.
