2 teenage boys injured, man arrested in rural Paso stabbing, SLO County sheriff says

Two teenagers and a man were stabbed in a knife fight in rural Paso Robles on Wednesday night, according to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to the call on Buck Tail Lane in Heritage Ranch at around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, the Sheriff’s Office said.

When deputies arrived, they found a 14-year-old boy and 17-year-old boy who had been stabbed, according to a Sheriff’s Office news release.

The two teenagers said they were stabbed by an adult relative who was also stabbed during the fight, the release said.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the man fled the area in a car. Shortly afterward, deputies stopped the vehicle at 24th Street and Riverside Avenue in Paso Robles, the release said.

The Sheriff’s Office said the man was transported to the local hospital for his injuries.

According to the agency, the suspect has not been charged and is waiting to be released from the hospital.

None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening, the release said.
