More than 3,500 PG&E customers lose power in SLO County

A power outage cut off electricity to more than 3,500 San Luis Obispo County PG&E customers on Friday afternoon.

According to PG&E’s outage report map, 3,556 customers located in Cambria and east toward Paso Robles along Highway 46 West lost power around 2:38 p.m.

PG&E said crews were evaluating the cause of the outage, and did not yet have an estimated time for when electricity would be restored, the outage map showed.
