Early morning structure fire engulfs warehouse in Paso Robles
A fire erupted in a storage building in the early hours of Sunday in Paso Robles.
The fire was first reported around 5:30 a.m., according to emergency services app PulsePoint. A storage building erupted in flames off of Kiler Canyon Road.
Two Cal Fire battalion chiefs, seven engines and two water tenders responded to the scene, Cal Fire division chief Garrett Veyna told The Tribune.
As of 8 a.m., multiple Cal Fire units were there, including Paso Robles, Atascadero and Camp Roberts.
The three-garage warehouse building had been used to store equipment and was not a main residence, according to Veyna.
Cal Fire was still investigating the cause of the fire.
