The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office and Child Welfare Services are searching for a 16-year-old runaway girl, according to a Sheriff’s Office news release.

Hayley Perucca, who is considered to be a victim of child endangerment, has been missing from her rural Paso Robles residence since May 22, the release said.

Sheriff’s Office deputies and protective services workers are trying to locate the teenager and place her in a safe environment, according to the release

Perucca is described as standing 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, according to the release.

She is possibly in the Paso Robles area with friends, the Sheriff’s Office said.
