Vina Robles Amphitheatre concert-goers will no longer be able to enjoy wine from the Paso Robles venue’s namesake winery while they take in a show.

Instead, Hope Family Wines is taking over as the official wine provider of the 3,300-seat outdoor theater.

According to a news release, starting this year, wine concessions at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre “will be exclusive to the Austin Hope Wines brand portfolio,” which includes the Austin Hope, Treana, Quest, Austin, Troublemaker and Liberty School brands.

“Each wine selection will be carefully chosen to provide a range of styles and flavors that collectively represent the essence of Paso Robles,” the release said.

The change comes a little over a year after parent company VR Group sold the theater’s namesake winery to the CMB Family of Wines, but kept ownership of the amphitheater and nearby winery property.

In light of the change, the venue’s VIP lounge — a longtime perk for Vina Robles wine club members — will now be renamed the Austin Hopes Wines Terrace Lounge. It will feature “enhanced wine experiences to pair with concert dining,” the release said.

Members of Hope Family Wines’ wine club will also now receive new benefits at the concert venue, like exclusive pre-sale access to tickets for preferred seating and amenities, according to the release. Additional member perks are also in the works, the release said.

“The Vina Robles Amphitheatre presents global entertainment acts with a flair that is distinct to Paso Robles — a mission that resonates with all of us at Hope Family Wines,” owner and winemaker Austin Hope said in the release. “We are avid concertgoers ourselves, and we share a like-minded passion for elevating the Paso Robles destination experience. We can’t wait to share our wines with patrons throughout the upcoming concert season.”

The 2026 season is expected to start in the spring, with acts such as Ringo Starr, Cheap Trick, Alison Krause and Jim Gaffigan among the confirmed acts.
