High Street Deli will serve up its beloved sandwiches — and more — at a new location in San Luis Obispo in the next few months.

The incoming sandwich shop at 3427 Roberto Court Unit 130 will be the popular brand’s third location in San Luis Obispo County, and second in San Luis Obispo. Its other locations include the original spot at 350 High St. in SLO and 1326 Second St. in Los Osos.

The new location will also include a new business in the same spot: Green Bottle Liquor Co., a distillery, full bar and “community gathering spot” that is to be built alongside High Street Deli.

“High Street runs the food, and Green Bottle runs the beverage program — all under one roof,” its website said. “Our take on what a neighborhood bar should be. A place built for the community, where friends can meet up, families can hang out and everyone feels comfortable showing up as they are.”

High Street Deli made the announcement on its Instagram, unveiling its “entirely new concept” of a cocktail program inside a sandwich shop.

The High Street favorites — sandwiches, smashburgers, crispy chicken cutlets and house-cut fries will accompany the new: a bar snack menu, house-distilled spirits, beer and wine on tap and cocktails from Green Bottle, according to the Instagram post.

The sandwich shop’s new location, along with its new concept of a distillery and bar, is set to open in the next few months, a High Street employee told The Tribune.
