Truck and RV destroyed in Arroyo Grande fire that spread to surrounding vegetation
A truck and a RV trailer were destroyed after they caught fire in rural Arroyo Grande Wednesday, Cal Fire said in a social media post.
At around 1:30 p.m., Cal Fire received a report of a dual vehicle fire that had spread to surrounding vegetation on the 1000 block of Fox Canyon Lane east of Arroyo Grande.
The vegetation fire grew to about a quarter of an acre before firefighters knocked it down. It was 75% contained as of 2:45 p.m., according to the social media post.
All that remained of the vehicles were two piles of charred metal and debris.
No injuries were reported.
