Update: Atascadero’s Austin Smith won the poll with 1,042 votes, or 47%; Conner Flanagan, of Templeton, was second with 703 votes, or 32%; Jaron Sampson, of Templeton, was third with 172 votes, or 8%.
Original story: In Week 7, you can choose from 22 San Luis Obispo County football players in the fan-based vote for player of the week.
Last week, Morro Bay’s Dustin Davis won the poll with 541 votes, or 64%. Joseph Hyde, of Atascadero, was second and had 180 votes, or 21%.
