Firefighters, pilots are heroes who deserve our thanks

I want to thank and commend all the men and women firefighters and pilots who have worked so hard to fight the terrible fires we have been experiencing.

They are truly our heroes. They risk life and limb to fight these wildfires with no direct benefit to themselves, but to minimize the impact to our property and environment.

There are not enough words to properly thank them. So it is with humility that I say “Thank you all.”
