Which SLO County district you are in? Here’s how to check ahead of June election
Ballots for the upcoming primary should be arriving in your mailbox.
If you’re still confused about exactly which candidates are running for which races, there’s an easy way to check.
VotersEdge.org offers a tool for California voters to check what will be on their ballot.
Simply fill in your address and zip code for a complete list of the races — both local and statewide — that you will be voting on June 7.
This includes races for U.S. Senate, California State Assembly, San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors and more.
This is especially helpful given the confusion this year around new local and state office boundaries due to redistricting.
In San Luis Obispo County, a number of local maps have been redrawn — meaning that residents in those areas will be voting in districts they previously didn’t.
Information on the new San Luis Obispo County supervisor districts is available on the county’s website, and general voting information available on its elections website.
