Part of pumpkin farm on ‘Little People, Big World’ lists for $4M in Oregon. Take a look

A portion of a popular Roloff Farm, a 109-acre pumpkin farm featured on the TLC reality show “Little People, Big World” has hit the real estate market in Hillsboro, Oregon, for $4 million.

Matt Roloff, one of the stars on the long-running series, announced on his official Instagram that he was parting ways with some of his beloved property. It’s 16 acres to be exact.

“Well, the cats out of the bag. I want to make sure You all hear the big news directly from me,” Roloff wrote on Instagram. “All of @rolofffarms has brought me and our family great joy for the past 30+ years! Today 16 acres of the farms 109 acres go up for sale including our original family home and bright red barn. It’s a tiny bit scary but mostly exciting. ….it’s time to move toward the next season of life.”

The property comes with a plenitude of interesting “whimsical installations,” according to the listing on Realtor.com.

The farm even has it’s own website: ForbesGlobalProperties.com.

“The old saying location, location, location has been replaced by location, location, lifestyle,” listing agent, Juli Martin, said on the property’s website. “In a post-pandemic era, home buyers are seeking space, privacy and security. This is exactly what you will find at Roloff Farm.”

Roloff built the farm, which is the main setting on the TLC show, over years, he said according to the listing, and is ready for new blood to take it over.

“I have dedicated much of my adult life to creating an imaginative environment filled with adventure for my family,” Roloff said, according to the farm’s website. “I have decided the timing is ripe, after 30-plus wonderful years, to hand over the reins to the next owners of this magnificent property to plant some roots of their own and watch them grow.”
