Suspect arrested in Paso Robles Wells Fargo bank robbery

Paso Robles police have arrested the man suspected of robbing the Wells Fargo bank branch on Spring Street earlier this week after detectives tracked him to Fresno with assistance from local law enforcement.

According to a Paso Robles Police Department news release, detectives identified the general location of Ernesto Noriega Cisneros in northwest Fresno on Friday and requested assistance from Fresno County detectives.

At about 9:30 p.m. Friday, detectives located Cisneros in his vehicle and arrested him on suspicion of robbery and violating the terms of his Post Release Community Supervision, police said.

Paso Robles detectives responded to Fresno, took custody of Cisneros and transported him back to San Luis Obispo County, where he was booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail on suspicion of robbery and violating the terms of his Post Release Community Supervision.
