Nipomo man arrested after allegedly sexually abusing 2 underage girls

A 67-year-old Nipomo man was arrested after allegedly sexually abusing two underage girls.

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a child sexual abuse allegation Dec. 15, the agency said in a news release. Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office’s Special Victims Unit began an immediate investigation into the allegation, the release said.

During that investigation, two female victims under the age of 14 were identified, the release said.

According to the release, Victor Manuel VillaMedina, 67, of Nipomo, “committed various sexual acts with both victims over the course of the past few years.”

VillaMedina was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of multiple counts of lewd acts with a child under the age of 14, sexual penetration with force of a victim 10 years old or younger, sexual penetration with a victim 10 years old younger and aggravated sexual assault of a minor by force, the Sheriff’s Office said.
