A San Luis Obispo woman is being charged with felony child endangerment after she was arrested in October on suspicion of possessing numerous narcotic drugs, according to the San Luis Obispo Police Department.

Crystal Kulinski was arrested by the Police Department on Oct. 25 during a probation check, according to a news release Tuesday.

The 37-year-old was suspected to be in possession of several narcotic drugs, including fentanyl, meth and cocaine, according to the release.

Child Welfare Services took custody of Kulinski’s 6-month-old baby, who was later determined to have been exposed to both meth and fentanyl, police said.

As of Tuesday, Kulinski was still in custody.

According to the release, she was being charged with one felony count of child endangerment and three drug-related charges, including possession of methamphetamine and possession of a narcotic controlled substance for sales.
