1 arrested, another injured after stabbing in Grover Beach, police say

One person was arrested after allegedly stabbing another in Grover Beach on Thursday evening.

According to a post on X by Grover Beach Police Department, officers were at the scene of a reported stabbing in the 1200 block of Manhattan Avenue.

Police said a suspect had been detained.

According to the post, the victim was being transported to the hospital, and their condition was unknown as of 9:15 p.m.

“There is no public safety risk,” the department said in the post.
