Morro Bay man arrested for spray-painting ‘Sicko’ on property across city, police say
A Morro Bay man has been arrested on suspicion of tagging property with the word “Sicko” at locations throughout the city, police said.
Michael Farwell, 20, was arrested on 16 counts of vandalism, the Morro Bay Police Department said via Twitter.
Police were contacted about 8 p.m. Tuesday regarding a male subject vandalizing a park bench in a downtown area, and found Farwell in possession of several cans of spray paint and markers, the department said.
Morro Bay police said that “Sicko” was tagged on property in the city on Tuesday and on previous dates.
As of Wednesday morning, Farwell was being held at the San Luis Obispo County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail, jail records show.
