At-risk person missing in SLO County. Have you seen him?
An at-risk adult is missing in San Luis Obispo County, and the Sheriff’s Office is asking for help to find him.
Chad Patrick Corpuz, 37, was last seen around 11 a.m. on Tuesday walking away from his house on the 1200 block of Bennett Way in Templeton, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release Friday.
He left his cell phone, vehicle and dog at the house and is believed to be on foot, the release said.
Corpuz did not show up to his work on Wednesday, and he was reported missing Thursday, the release said.
He is being considered an at-risk missing person because it is believed he may be going through a mental health crisis, the release said.
The release described him as an adult White/Filipino man, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. A photo shared by the Sheriff’s Office shows him with facial hair. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hat, blue shirt and long dark shorts, the release said.
If you have information on Corpuz’s whereabouts, please contact the Sheriff’s Office at 805-781-4550.
