Looking for a fun way to cool off during the summer?

San Luis Obispo County’s two water parks are now officially open for summer fun.

Whether you’d like to float along a lazy river, race friends down waterslides or ride an inner tube in a wave pool, these splashy spots have you covered.

Here’s your guide to attractions, schedules and pricing:

What are attractions at Mustang Waterpark?

Mustang Waterpark, 6840 Lopez Drive in Arroyo Grande, features 600-foot curving waterslides and the 38-foot half-pipe Stampede.

“Plummet 38 feet down one side of the giant half-pipe in an inner tube, speed 38 feet up the other side, then repeat this wild ride backwards,” the water park said on its website.

For younger children, the Kiddie Pool has mini slides and waterfall mushrooms.

Mustang Waterpark also offers sun decks and cabanas for relaxing.

Mustang Waterpark seven days a week starting on June 6 to August 12 from 10:30 to 5 p.m.

The water park will only be open on Saturday and Sundays after August 12:

When is Mustang Waterpark open in summer 2026?

Mustang Waterpark will be open 10:30 ap.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week from Saturday, June 6, through Wednesday, Aug. 12.

The water park will be open on weekends from Saturday, Aug. 15, through Monday, Sept. 7.

What are prices are tickets and season passes?

Ticket prices for Mustang Waterpark depending on visitors’ height and age range.

  • 42 inches and more: $33
  • 42 inches and under: $29
  • Seniors 65 and older: $25

Children 1 and under get free admission.

Seasonal passes can also be purchased for $100.

Rental prices for cabanas, which depend on the size and the day of the week and size, range from $90 for a poolside cabana on a weekday to $350 for the Penthouse Suite cabana on a weekend day.

Renting a cabana does not include admission into the park.

Can I get food and drinks at Arroyo Grande water park?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the water park, although you can bring in clear water bottles.

Food and drinks are available for purchase, including chicken strips, cheese burgers and nachos. You can also buy beer, wine and frozen alcoholic drinks.

What’s new at The Ravine Waterpark?

The Ravine Waterpark, 2301 Airport Road in Paso Robles, is celebrating its 20th anniversary with some new attractions, The Tribune previously reported.

In May, the water park debuted its transformed splash pad. Splash Lagoon has an interactive water structure with eight new slides, two tipping buckets and a kiddie pool.

A new splash-free zone, The Cove, features a pool and hot tub, alongside an elevated dining menu and expanded bar options. Upgraded cabanas are set to open mid-summer

Waterslides throughout the park include the Kamikaze, which sends riders down an almost 5-story-tall drop in about 3 seconds, and Quadrilla, a four-lane racing slide.

The water park also has the Calypso Bay Wave Pool and Kickback Kreek, a lazy river.

Tubers can “wind through sunlit paths, past lush surroundings, and under charming bridges with friends,” the water park said on its website.

There’s also an 18-hole miniature golf course, Jungle Treasure Mini Golf.

When is The Ravine Waterpark open?

Starting Saturday, June 6, The Ravine Waterpark will be open daily until Sunday, Aug. 9.

For the rest of August and September, the water park will be open on the following weekends:

  • Aug. 15 and 16
  • Aug. 22 and 23
  • Aug. 29 and 30
  • Sept. 5, 6 and 7

How much is admission to Paso Robles water park?

Tickets are not required to be purchased in advance but are recommended as some dates can be sold out.

Day passes for The Ravine Waterpark vary in cost depending on your height and age:

  • Over 48 inches tall: $48
  • Under 48 inches tall: $37
  • Seniors 65 and up: $33

Children 1 year old or younger get free admission.

Season passes are available as well.

The 20th Anniversary Season Pass is $146 and includes a souvenir cup, one Bring-a-Friend-Free day pass, one free round of mini golf, a free scoop of ice cream and 20% off the beach shop at the park.

A standard season pass typically costs $115 but was on sale for $110 as of Thursday, June 4. In addition to admission, passholders get 10% at the beach shop.

Senior citizens get a discounted season pass for $70.

Mini golf costs $7 for a first round or $5 for a second round. Kids under 5 get in free with another person’s paid admission.

What are food and drink options?

Outside food and drinks are prohibited inside the park, but you can bring in one sealed plastic water bottle per person.

Food and beverage options inside the water park include burgers, pizza, alcoholic beverages and desserts including ice cream and milkshakes.

Can I rent a cabana at Ravine Waterpark?

The Ravine Waterpark has four types of cabana packages available throughout summer.

Premium cabanas cost $319 to $419, depending on size. The biggest premium cabana can fit 14 people and the smallest can fit eight people.

These cabanas come with amenities such as lockers, refrigerators and Wi-Fi. Sunscreen, water, snacks and towels are included as well.

You can get a standard cabana for $189, with room for up to eight people.

A large cabana costs $219 and can fit up to 10 people, while a small group cabana costs $259 and can fit up to 14 people.
