Crash in SLO County wine country sends 1 person to the hospital
A multi-vehicle crash in San Luis Obispo County wine country sent one person to the hospital on Thursday afternoon.
The vehicles crashed at about 11:49 a.m. near Denner Vineyards on Vineyard Drive, the California Highway Patrol traffic log said.
Both lanes of the road were blocked north of Highway 46 West as of 12:03 p.m., the CHP said.
The crash sent one patient in an ambulance to Adventist Health Twin Cities hospital, according to discussion on the emergency scanner.
It’s unclear how many vehicles were involved, but three tow trucks were on their way to the scene of the crash.
