Update: SLO County man found after going missing over weekend
Update, 2:45 p.m.:
The missing Grover Beach man, Vernon Fletcher, has been located, the Grover Beach Police Department said on Facebook.
“Thank you for helping us get this information out there!” the Police Department said.

The Grover Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing man.
Vernon Fletcher was last seen leaving his Grover Beach residence around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday. He was spotted getting into a blue two-door 2008 Toyota Yaris with the California license plate number 6EHL876, according to the Police Department’s Facebook post.
As of 9 a.m., police said Fletcher “may be in the area” of Riverside Road in Paso Robles.
Anyone who has seen Fletcher or knows his whereabouts should contact the Police Department at 805-473-4511.
“Help us find a missing person!” the agency said on Facebook.
