A power outage cut off electricity to nearly 500 PG&E customers in the South County on Sunday evening.
According to PG&E’s outage report map, customers in the Mesa View Drive area lost power around 4:42 p.m.
PG&E said its team was evaluating the unplanned outage to identify damaged sections to the electrical grid and “make necessary repairs in order to safely turn the power back on.”
Power was expected to be restored by 7:15.
