Suspected DUI driver crashes into construction equipment in SLO
A driver suspected to be driving under the influence flipped a vehicle on Monterey Street in San Luis Obispo late Tuesday evening, police said.
According to a post on X by the San Luis Obispo Police Department, late Tuesday evening, a driver hit construction equipment on Monterey Street near California Boulevard.
While the driver was uninjured, they were arrested by the San Luis Obispo Police Department for suspected driving under the influence and taken to jail, according to the post.
The post did not disclose the name or age of the person arrested.
