6,000 PG&E customers lose power in SLO County outage

A power outage cut off electricity to more than 6,000 San Luis Obispo County PG&E customers on Saturday.

According to PG&E’s outage report map, 6,028 customers in the Nipomo area lost power around 12:21 p.m.

The outage was located on the west side of Highway 101 all the way to Guadalupe Road.

PG&E said a crew was working to restore power, but it did not have an estimate time yet.
