Hundreds lose power in SLO outage. When will electricity be back on?

A power outage cut off electricity to more than 660 PG&E customers in San Luis Obispo on Tuesday afternoon.

According to PG&E’s outage report map, 664 customers in the Laguna Lake area lost power around 2:20 p.m.

PGE& said a crew was “evaluating the electrical system to identify damaged sections and make necessary repairs in order to safely turn the power back on.”

Power is expected to be restored between 6 and 7:30 p.m.
