More than 2,200 PG&E customers lose power in SLO County outage

A power outage knocked out electricity to more than 2,200 San Luis Obispo County PG&E customers on Thursday afternoon.
According to PG&E’s outage map, 2,254 customers from Templeton to Lake Nacimiento lost power at around 4 p.m. By 5 p.m., that number was down to 1,623.
PG&E was investigating the cause of the outage. The utility company did not yet have an estimate for when power would be restored.
