Power outages cut off electricity to more than 1,500 San Luis Obispo County PG&E customers on Thursday morning.

According to PG&E’s outage report map, 1,399 customers between Lake Nacimiento and Highway 46 West lost power around 10:33 a.m.

PG&E said crews were evaluating the electrical system to determine the cause of the unplanned outage as of 11 a.m.

There was no estimated time for when power would be restored to those customers.

Meanwhile, a second, smaller outage was impacting roughly 128 customers slightly to the east of the larger outage.

Electricity went out for 128 customers in that outage at about 5:06 a.m., according to PG&E.

Crews were still working to restore power to those customers as of 11 a.m., with electricity expected to be back on by 11:15 a.m., PG&E said.
