1 person dies, others injured in boating incident at Central Coast lake

One person died in a boating incident at Lake San Antonio on Friday, Monterey County spokesperson Maia Carroll confirmed to The Tribune.

The incident involved one boat and resulted in multiple injuries, Carrol said in an email.

Emergency responders were onsite as of 2:18 p.m. and an investigation was underway, the email said.

Additional details were not immediately available.
