More than 3,300 were without power in southern San Luis Obispo County on Friday evening.
According to PG&E’s outage report map, roughly 3,303 customers were without electricity from Shell Beach to downtown Pismo Beach.
The outage was reported just after 5:30 p.m.
According to PG&E, crews were “evaluating the electrical system to identify damaged sections and make necessary repairs in order to safely turn the power back on.”
The utility company did not yet have an estimated time for when power would be restored.
