The vehicle, a gray Mercedes hatchback, appeared to collide with a white Mini Cooper before going off the road, CHP Officer Matthew Kenney said at the scene.
Two occupants were reported trying to get out of the vehicle at around 2:02 p.m., according to the page.
The occupants reported minor injuries, Kenney said.
A tow truck was called to the scene around 2:11 p.m., according to the CHP page.
