New 200-unit Paso Robles apartment complex opens — and some spots are still available
A new Paso Robles apartment complex held its grand opening on Monday — and some of its 200 units are still available to rent.
Arrive Paso Robles, located at 1387 Creston Road, opened after just over a year of construction, featuring a range of unit types and amenities.
Community manager Marley Auriemma said after breaking ground in June 2023, Arrive’s 13 three-story buildings have become available to lease one after another, with construction wrapping up in July.
Owned and operated by Red Tail Residential, a property management company with more than 90 developments in the United States, Arrive offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
“One thing that is pretty unique about us is we offer three-bedrooms, and the three-bedrooms are three-bed, three-baths, which is pretty rare to have,” Auriemma said. “It’s normally like one-and-a-half baths or two baths, but we went ahead and did the third one so each roommate could have a bathroom.”
Auriemma said leases can run between six and 12 months, with one-bedroom apartments starting at $2,300, two-bedroom apartments renting for $2,799 and three-bedroom apartments for $3,599.
A 15-month lease option is also available to renters once their first lease has run its course, she said.
One-bedroom units range between 730 and 751 square feet depending on floor plan, while two-bedroom units fall between 993 and 1,082 square feet and three-bedroom units come in between 1,350 and 1,355 square feet, according to Arrive’s website.
Each home is outfitted with vinyl flooring and stainless steel appliances such as full-size washer and dryer units, and feature central heating and cooling, Auriemma said.
Parking is not assigned, but attached and detached garages are available throughout the complex, Auriemma said.
Outside of the units, shared amenities include a pair of playgrounds, grilling patios, fitness center, parcel lockers for incoming mail and a heated swimming pool.
The complex is currently offering new renters the first month’s rent for free, or to extend that benefit across a full year, bringing down the first year’s rent by roughly $200 for one-bedroom apartments, Auriemma said.
The complex allows up to two pets per unit without a pet deposit, instead charging $75 per pet each month in rent — a rare feature for a new development, Auriemma said.
Arrive is currently at 95% booking capacity, with 19 units still available to rent, Auriemma said.
