Motorcyclist killed in crash with minivan in Paso Robles, police say

A person died Saturday in Paso Robles in a crash involving a minivan and a motorcycle, according to the Paso Robles Police Department.

Around 5 p.m. Saturday, police received a report of a vehicle collision with possible injuries at the intersection of Highway 46 and Golden Hill Road, the agency said in a news release.

Officers arrived to the scene and found a white minivan and a black motorcycle, the release said.

“The rider of the motorcycle was found deceased,” police said in the release.

According to police, drugs or alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.

The agency was withholding the names of the people involved in the fatal crash as of Saturday evening.

“This is an ongoing investigation,” police said.
