A virtual forum related to local homelessness hosted by the League of Women Voters of San Luis Obispo County has been posted on YouTube.
The panel discussion was titled “Housed or unhoused: The community dilemma over public space.”
The speakers included SLO County Assistant Attorney Jon Ansolabehere, SLO Homeless Response Manager Kelsey Nocket, and homeless advocate Tim Waag. SLO Tribune reporter Nick Wilson moderated.
Topics covered included laws governing open space laws, homeless data collection and sharing, housing solutions and agency reform with audience questions addressed.
