Emergency services were dispatched to the switchback area of the Bishop Peak Trail in San Luis Obispo late Sunday morning to rescue a 28-year-old female hiker with a leg injury.

Units from San Luis Obispo City Fire, Cal Fire and San Luis Ambulance were among those responding to the Foothill Drive entrance to the trail about 11:30 a.m.
