New map shows how much home values changed in 2022 throughout SLO County, Santa Maria

San Luis Obispo County and Santa Maria continue to defy California’s real estate price slow down.

The median sale price in SLO County in December was $830,000, a slight increase over December 2021. Statewide, the median sale price for a single-family home dropped slightly over the past year, according to data from the California Association of Realtors.

Every community in SLO County and around Santa Maria saw median home values increase in 2022, according to new data from Zillow.

The interactive map below shows the change in home values throughout the region, with values available for Paso Robles, Atascadero, Pismo Beach and just about every ZIP code in the area.
