Arredondo retires as Heritage Oaks Bank president

Rick Arredondo, president and chief banking officer of Heritage Oaks Bank, will retire effective April 29 to pursue other interests, the company announced.

Simone Lagomarsino, president and CEO of Heritage Oaks Bancorp (the bank’s holding company) and CEO of the bank, has reassumed the position of bank president. Arredondo will help with the transition until his departure.

Heritage Oaks Bancorp, with $1.9 billion in assets, is based in Paso Robles.
