New president named at Heritage Oaks Bank
Heritage Oaks Bancorp recently appointed Rick C. Arredondo as its new president and chief banking officer.
Arredondo joined Heritage Oaks Bank on Jan. 5, after working as the president and chief operating officer at Rabobank California in Roseville, according to a news release. Prior to that, Arredondo held management positions with Mellon 1st Business Bank in Los Angeles, Santa Monica Bank and Bank of America.
Arredondo is taking over as president for Simone F. Lagomarsino, who will remain as the bank’s CEO.
"We are very pleased to have someone with (Arredondo’s) extensive banking experience join our company," Lagomarsino said in the news release. "He has the strong banking background and leadership qualities that are important to us. He is a fantastic addition to our executive management team."
Heritage Oaks Bancorp is headquartered in Paso Robles. It operates two branch offices each in Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo; single branch offices in Atascadero, Templeton, Cambria, Morro Bay, Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria, Goleta and Santa Barbara; as well as a single loan production office in Ventura/Oxnard, according to the release. The company has $1.7 billion in assets.
