2 Paso Robles restaurants recognized by Michelin Guide
The Restaurant at Justin, located at Justin Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, was among the Central Coast restaurants that found their way into the Michelin Guide California.
The restaurant at 11680 Chimney Rock Road offers seasonal lunch and dinner menus with ingredients supplied by its garden and local vendors, according to its website.
“This Californian-centric haven is a celebration of the seasons and abundant local ingredients,” the guide read. “The menu truly shines at night, when the kitchen team flexes its creative skills to churn out deliciously complementary items.”
The dinner menu features five courses, each paired with a carefully selected wine, such as ocean trout tartare, Maine lobster with summer squash ravioli and hazelnut cherry torte.
