2 more country music stars added to Mid-State Fair concert lineup
Two more country music stars will take the stage at the Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles this summer.
Grammy-winner Lainey Wilson will perform at the Chumash Grandstand Arena at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 17, with an opening act from rising country singer-songwriter Colton Dawson, a news release said.
The singers add to the lineup of country artists booked to play the Mid-State Fair, including Old Dominion and local country singer Dasha and a special opening concert on the eve of the fair by Chris Stapleton.
Wilson will perform in Paso Robles after headlining the Stagecoach music festival in Indio and joining Stapleton on stage for his stadium shows across the country.
The singer has also made her acting debut in the hit Paramount’s show “Yellowstone” and in Universal’s upcoming film adaption of Colleen Hoover’s “Reminders of Him.”
A Netflix documentary, “Lainey Wilson: Keepin’ Country Cool,” follows her career and will be released on April 22.
