California Mid-State Fair announces a 2024 theme that’s out of this world
The 78th annual California Mid-State Fair is taking its 2024 theme of “Wide Open Spaces” into another galaxy by combining the wild West with outer space.
Think “cowboy boots, UFOs, moons, stars, wagon wheels and cactus!” the fair said in a news release.
“This year’s theme is especially unique as we look to the stars for inspiration. The mix between country and outer space will make for many interactive and educational exhibits for all age groups,” California Mid-State Fair CEO Colleen Bojorquez said in the release. “We are looking forward to seeing the creative crafts and art our community enters this year. Be on the lookout for UFOs and spaceships making their way to Paso Robles this July!”
The fair will run July 17-28 at the Paso Robles Event Center. More information about the fair is available at www.midstatefair.com.
