It’s almost National Poetry Month, SLO County — and we want to feature your best work

It’s almost National Poetry Month, SLO County — and we want to feature the best work of local writers.

The Tribune is inviting San Luis Obispo County-based poets of all ages and backgrounds to submit original poems for our upcoming Poetry Month feature.

We are seeking evocative verses on any theme.

Submit up to three poems, no longer than 14 lines each (shorter submissions are preferred) by March 31.

You can send your submissions to Kaytlyn Leslie at kleslie@thetribunenews.com or by using the form below. Form not loading? View it here.

Selections will be reviewed and curated by SLO County Poet Laureate Caleb Nichols, and published in The Tribune in April.

Happy writing, everyone!
