Mission Prep stays atop Northern League with win over Santa Maria

The Mission Prep football team remained in first place in the Northern League with a 30-10 win at Santa Maria on Friday night.

Bryce Fledderman threw for 242 yards and four touchdown passes for the Royals (7-2, 3-0 Northern Leaue). Christian Harvey has two touchdown catches, and Matthew Simmons and Patrick Miller each had a touchdown reception in the win. Miller had five catches for 137 yards.

Brayden Corona had 111 yards rushing for Mission Prep.

Justin Mckeague added a field goal for the Royals, who host Morro Bay in the regular season finale Nov. 6.
