To those who protest outside Planned Parenthood: Go away!
Go away!
I’m talking to those of you who think it’s helpful in any way to stand outside of Planned Parenthood and thrust your beliefs into anyone else’s face. It’s not. It’s obnoxious, antagonizing, and offensive.
You don’t know any of the women’s stories who enter there, whether they are there for an abortion or not. Your scare tactics do not help. Instead, why not attend to your own kids: Talk to them about safe sex, using protection, rape and incest. That’s where you might be effective.
Believe what you do, but it’s not your right to throw your beliefs onto anyone else. Instead, why don’t you talk to willing teens and adults at your church or any youth group who is open to hearing your beliefs.
Women go to Planned Parenthood for a safe place, not to be intimidated, scared, or pressured. Go away.
