Jeff Bridges returning to San Luis Obispo for concert

The Dude will abide in San Luis Obispo this spring.

Jeff Bridges, the Oscar-winning star of “Crazy Heart,” “True Grit” and “The Big Lebowski,” will perform April 17 with his band The Abiders at the Fremont Theatre in San Luis Obispo.

Bridges last visited the Central Coast in March 2014 during the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival. He received the festival’s highest honor, the King Vidor Career Achievement Award, which honors excellence in filmmaking.

Bridges and The Abiders performed at Fremont Theatre that February, and at SLO Brewing Co. in August 2012.

Tickets for Bridges’ all-ages concert are $30 to $50 and are available at Boo Boo Records in San Luis Obispo and www.ticketfly.com.
