Two Paso Robles High wrestlers win individual titles at section meet

Two Paso Robles High wrestlers won their weight class at CIF-Southern Section Individual Championships on Saturday at Santa Maria High School.

Nathan Garcia won at 145 pounds, and Blake Irysh won the heavyweight division. Both advance to the CIF-Southern Section Masters Meet next week.

Atascadero will also be sending two wrestlers to the Masters Meet.

Tannen Soojian placed first at 182 pounds, and Jordan Council was fifth at 220 to also advance.

The Masters Meet will be held in Ontario on Friday and Saturday.
