Arroyo Grande girls water polo beats Sunny Hills 12-5

The Arroyo Grande girls water polo team beat Sunny Hills 12-5 in the first round of the CIF South Section Division 3 playoffs.

Sarah Parson had seven goals, and Taylor York added three goals for the Eagles (22-6).

Emily Sonny had 10 saves, and Isabella Govea added four saves.

Arroyo Grande will play the winner of Redondo Union and Notre Dame on the road Saturday in the quarterfinals.
