Prep girls soccer: SLO High girls finish regular season undefeated
Grace Park scored the game’s only goal, assisted by Olivia Ortiz, and the San Luis Obispo High girls soccer team capped an unbeaten regular season with a 1-0 win over Mission Prep on Friday.
SLO finished the season 22-0-1, with a 14-0 record in the PAC 8.
Arroyo Grande 5, St. Joseph 1
The Arroyo Grande girls soccer team beat St. Joseph 5-1 on Friday behind a pair of Demi Wack goals.
Jo Graeber opened the scoring just under three minutes into the game, assisted by Alex Palangi and Wack, followed with another that was assisted by Cate Boller.
Boller scored the third, which was assisted by Graeber, and the fourth was scored by Palangi off a long ball from the backline by Jalyn Shaefer.
Wack had the final goal and Zoe Doucette had the assist.
The Eagles (10-3-1 PAC 8) finish second in league and begin play in the CIF playoffs on Thursday.
